GottaBounceGottaBounce is an iPhone entertainment app provided by HumanCTO. It simulates call screens and audio; it never places real calls. For privacy questions, contact support@humancto.com.
What the app stores
Caller names, numbers, selected photos, existing saved clips, imported audio, scripts, settings, custom after-call images, and simulated call history are stored in the app’s local container. GottaBounce does not upload this content to us, operate an account system, or sync it through CloudKit.
The app contains no advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking SDKs. It does not collect location, browse your address book, or track you across other apps and websites.
No permission prompts
Build 1.0 (3) does not request microphone, notification, camera, location, tracking, photo-library, or address-book permission. It does not record microphone input. Answered-call audio uses output-only playback through the earpiece or an explicitly selected speaker.
Optional Photos, Contacts, and Files pickers let you choose specific items. GottaBounce receives only what you select, not unrestricted access. Files providers may download your selected item through their own services. No in-app recording or background notification fallback is offered. Existing clips from earlier builds remain local and playable.
Apple services and backups
All features are free in this release; the app does not request purchases or read purchase entitlements. Apple may process platform diagnostics and TestFlight feedback according to your settings and Apple’s privacy policy.
iOS or computer backups may include the app’s local data according to your device settings. “Stored locally” means GottaBounce does not upload your content; it does not disable backups managed by you and Apple.
Retention and deletion
Local content remains until you remove it or delete the app. You can delete custom callers and any simulated call-history entries, including today’s, inside the app. Removing a caller or an audio association may leave unreferenced audio files locally. Deleting the app—not merely offloading it—removes its local container. Manage any remaining device backups through iOS, iCloud, or your computer.
If you contact us
Email support is optional and separate from normal app use. We receive your email address and the information you choose to send, and use it to answer your request, investigate a reported problem, or address misuse. Our email provider processes that correspondence to deliver the service. We retain it only as long as needed to resolve and follow up on the request or meet applicable legal obligations. You can request deletion by emailing us. Please avoid sending private recordings or unnecessary personal information.
This website
This website uses Cloudflare Pages for hosting. Requests necessarily include technical information such as an IP address, browser information, and the requested URL, which the hosting provider may process for delivery and security. We have not added advertising cookies, analytics scripts, or contact forms. The exit-line preview runs in your browser without storing your selection or sending it to us. Selecting Share lets you choose a destination in your browser’s share sheet, or copy the message yourself. Any service you choose to share through processes that message under its own policies. Opening links to Apple or using your email app is governed by those services’ policies.
Children and changes
GottaBounce is not designed specifically for children. It does not operate user accounts or a service for collecting children’s content. Its App Store age rating is separate from this policy. If the app’s data practices change, we will update this page and the applicable App Store privacy disclosures.
